Ayesha Azmi who was born April 10, 1986, in India is an actor who has mostly appeared in Hindi films. Ayesha Aziz won Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for her starring part of the title role in Taarzan The Wonder Car. It also marked her debut as an actor. She has been in several popular films, including Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first commercial was for Complan which is a popular drink that promotes good health. In the I'm a Complan Boy I'm A Complan girl commercial she was featured alongside Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. The remix track Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin was also featured her. Her fame grew due to the popularity of this track during the period of India's remixes. Then she started receiving requests for Bollywood movies. Takia had been scheduled to debut on Socha Na Tha due to delay in production, only informed of Taarzan shortly after her first appearance. The moral compass of Ayesha was demonstrated when she attacked her political father-inlaw Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party member Abu Azmi for his views on punishing rape survivors. She declared publicly that she was vegan when she appeared in the PETA India advert. She was featured in 2006 as one of the Most Beautiful Indian Women.
